What sizes are available for grate drains?
Standard lengths (L): 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750 mm
Standard widths (W): 300, 350, 400, 450 mm
Model format: HB[Load Class][L]×[W] (e.g. HBC750×450 = Class C, 750×450mm).
Custom non-standard sizes available upon request.
What load classes are available?
Load classes A through E are available: A (15KN) for pedestrian areas, B (125KN) light traffic, C (250KN) residential roads, D (400KN) main roads, E (600KN) freight terminals and airports.
Is a locking or hinge mechanism available?
Yes. Both hinged (opens 180° for maintenance access) and lockable variants are available. Rectangular and round shapes are both offered.
What materials are available?
Carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized coating (most common), and stainless steel 304/316 for corrosive environments (food processing, coastal, chemical plants).
What is the lead time and MOQ?
No MOQ restriction. Standard products: 7–15 business days. Custom sizes: 25–35 days. Export packaging (wood crate/steel pallet) included as standard.

What is our ordering process?
Our general ordering process is:

For non-standard products, early communication and sample preparation usually take around one month. For regular production capacity, our steel grating output can reach about 100 tons per day, and our welded manhole cover output can reach about 1,000 sets per day.
