Description

This is an assembled fixed guardrail adopting tube-and-ball structure. Upright posts are welded by hollow steel balls of different sizes, steel pipes and base plates. Hollow balls act as connecting nodes to link handrails and cross tubes. Fitted with kick plates, it forms a fixed safety barrier.

The structure is sturdy and impact-resistant. The rounded design has no sharp corners for higher safety. Post height, spacing and materials can be customized as required. It is widely used for fall prevention on factory operating platforms, stairways, maintenance trestles and hatch openings. It is the ideal standardized safety protection for industrial workshops.

For non-standard products, early communication and sample preparation usually take around one month. For regular production capacity, our steel grating output can reach about 100 tons per day, and our welded manhole cover output can reach about 1,000 sets per day.
