Description

Manufactured from alloy steel, stainless steel or composite multi-material blends, this grating drainage unit is integrally shaped by laser cutting and robotic welding. It can be customized into circular or square outlines and receives full hot-dip galvanization for comprehensive corrosion protection.

Customized hinges and locks securely fasten the drain cover to its frame. The cover will not shift or generate knocking noise under vehicle dynamic loads, and cannot be opened arbitrarily by untrained staff without professional tools.Boasting high machining precision and low dead weight, the product features easy installation, opening and closing. It is deployed along road edges and ramps to collect surface rainwater and intercept debris, thus preventing pipeline blockage.

For non-standard products, early communication and sample preparation usually take around one month. For regular production capacity, our steel grating output can reach about 100 tons per day, and our welded manhole cover output can reach about 1,000 sets per day.
