Description
Our Welded steel inspection manhole covers are available in alloy steel, stainless steel and composite multi-material configurations. The product undergoes laser cutting, anti-slip texture stamping and automatic robotic integrated welding, equipped with customized locking hinges and treated with integral hot-dip galvanization for corrosion protection.
It features high machining precision, low self-weight, convenient installation and opening-closing operation, with five core functional performances: anti-slip, anti-theft, anti-fall, anti-displacement and noise suppression. Matched special hinges and locks achieve rigid connection between manhole cover and frame. No displacement or impact noise occurs under vehicle dynamic rolling load; unauthorized personnel cannot open the cover without professional tools.
It is applied for sealing and routine maintenance of inspection chambers for rainwater, sewage, power and gas pipelines on municipal road networks.

This anti-fall net can be optionally fitted to any metal welded manhole covers manufactured by Daxing. Lightweight yet capable of bearing sufficient loads, it supports intelligent monitoring modules. Real-time tracking of the cover’s working status and automatic early warnings for abnormal hazards are available, upgrading management from passive protection to active intelligent control.

The grating of this anti-fall safety net is integrally formed by resistance pressure welding equipment, with full-piece hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion finishing. Compatible with all series of Daxing metal welded manhole covers as optional supporting fittings. Characterized by lightweight structure, high ultimate bearing capacity, convenient on-site installation and outstanding anti-fall safety protection performance.
